These sweet, candy-like Semi-Dried Tomatoes are a fantastic addition to any antipasti board, pasta dish, salad, sandwich or pizza. Not to be confused with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, the Semi-Dried Tomato is only partially dried, meaning the skin remains softer and the tomato is able to retain a juiciness and sweetness that is sometimes missed in a Sun-Dried Tomato.
