This policy explains how Lefktro UK Limited uses the personal information collected from you. It also includes details regarding how long that information is kept and the limited circumstances in which we might disclose it to third parties.

Your Company Details:

In order to enter into a trading relationship with Lefktro UK Limited, we will collect, store and use elements of your personal data.  The processing of this personal data is necessary for Lefktro UK Limited to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us.

We hold your information on our accounting system, haulage booking system and on-line banking system.

You have the right at any time to request a copy of the personal information we hold on you. The data held is used for the purpose of customer service, delivery, administration, product support, invoicing, payment for goods despatched and goods received.
 

The information includes:

Company name, address, delivery address, company registration no., employee contact details, telephone no’s, email address(s), various telephone, fax and email information supplied.

Credit application details, credit score, payment history, debt collection action.

Supplier bank account details, IBAN, bank account and sort code.

Length of time your data will be held.

In order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations, data will not be held for any longer than necessary and dependent on the nature of the data.
 

Website Cookies: 

When you access our website, temporary data about your visit is stored and processed in a protocol file for a certain period of time via the use of cookies. This information is anonymised and is used by us to better understand the use of our site, including the number of visitors we have, the pages viewed per session and time exposed to particular pages. This in turn helps us to provide you with a better experience, since we can evaluate the level of interest in the content of our website and tailor it accordingly. 

The following data is collected and stored by Redwing Interactive, our website hosting partner, until its automated deletion:

The data listed above is only analysed for statistical purposes and for improving our internet presence, then it is deleted. We will not attempt to personally identify you from your IP address unless required to as a matter of law or regulation or in order to protect our, or our other customers’ rights.

Lefktro UK Limited will not retain your personal information longer than necessary. Credit reference agencies

In considering your account application, we may search your record at credit reference agencies. Information held about you by the credit reference agencies may already be linked to records relating to other people with whom you have a financial association. Searches may also be made in respect of directors and partners applying for credit.
