Barbera Unfiltered EVO
Award winning Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil created from a blend of specially selected premium Sicilian olives. Ogliarola, Cerasuola, Biancolilla and Coratina olive varieties are pressed, the oil is allowed to settle and is then decanted naturally, without any further filtering or processing. This produces fairly dense, golden yellow oil with a light, fruity aroma, a medium, fruity taste and an almond finish.
Kalamata P.D.O. EVO
This P.D.O. Extra Virgin Kalamata Olive Oil is produced exclusively from Koroneiki olives grown in the Kalamai province of Messinia. The olives used are purple-black in colour and when pressed deliver an oil with a delicious light, fruity flavour. The distinctive aroma and rich taste of this oil is ideal for adding character and depth of flavour to many recipes, and makes a great dressing for salads.
