Barbera Unfiltered EVO
Award winning Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil created from a blend of specially selected premium Sicilian olives. Ogliarola, Cerasuola, Biancolilla and Coratina olive varieties are pressed and the oil is allowed to settle then decanted naturally, without any further filtering or processing. This produces fairly dense, golden yellow oil with a light, fruity aroma and medium fruity taste and an almond finish.
Kalamata P.D.O. EVO
P.D.O. Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced exclusively in the Kalamai province of Messinia with a distinctive light, fruity flavour, the Kalamata olives used are purple-black in colour and very juicy, yielding oil with a delicious light fruity flavour.
