The company Lefktro UK Ltd was established in 1996, firstly to import Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Greece. This oil was sold into the best hotels and restaurants in the local area. Gradually this developed into nationwide distribution using a courier service. At the same time both the range of products and the quantities increased. Presently we import 500 tons annually from Greece, Italy, Spain, France and the 'New World'. This now comprises of over 100 different products, extra virgin olive oils, pomace olive oil, Greek and Italian olives, French nut oils, seed oils, Italian aged balsamic vinegar including white balsamic condiment, flavoured and fruit vinegars, artisan Italian pasta, antipasti, rice and ready to cook risotto mixes, pine nuts, French mustards, capers, caperberries, gherkins, garlic cloves, sundried tomatoes and peppers in oil, dried mushrooms and porcini, etc..

We take great care when sourcing our products to ensure quality, value for money and continuity of supply. We try to find small independent producers, which in the case of several of our products means we are the sole importers of their products into the UK. Most of our suppliers have ISO 9002 or equivalent and HACCP accreditation.

For hotels, restaurants, shops and delicatessens we offer a free next day delivered service to all regions of Mainland Britain apart from the Highlands, which is a free two day service.
For wholesale customers buying pallet quantities we offer a 48 hour delivery service and booking in can be arranged.
