Acetaia Reale Series 4 Balsamic Vinegar is produced by Acetaia Reale at their century old production facility in Modena, Italy. The vinegar is created according to traditional family recipes from the ‘musts’ of Trebbiano grapes grown in the region. The musts are slow cooked and matured in wooden barrels until ready for bottling. This Series 4 Balsamic Vinegar is pleasantly sweet and slightly bitter with the distinctive flavour of the Trebbiano grapes it is made from. Use it to add flavour and complexity to a huge range of recipes complementing and enhancing the flavour of salads, vegetables, meats, cheeses and fish.
