This exceptional wild rice has dark coloured grains that are long and slim and have a chewy texture and nutty flavour when cooked. It is high in protein and dietary fibre and a good source of vitamins and minerals. Use as a healthy substitute to white rice; ideal as a side dish or used in salads, soups, stuffings and stews.
