This exclusive oil is made only in the old province of Kalamai by selected olive presses adhering to strict quality standards at every stage of production. The Kalamata olives used are purple-black in colour and very juicy, yielding oil with a delicious light fruity flavour. The distinctive aroma and rich taste of this oil is ideal for adding character and depth of flavour to many recipes, and makes a great dressing for salads.
