A 250ml size bottle of the wonderful Di Molfetti Frantoiani Extra Virgin Olive Oil with basil produced according to family traditions on the Adriatic coast in Puglia, Italy. The oil is made from Coratina and Oliarola olives grown, pressed and filtered to create a well-balanced and fruity oil. The oil is then infused with Italian basil for an intense basil taste. The fresh basil flavour lends an extra dimension when used in many different recipes or can simply be used drizzled over dishes as a seasoning, the yellow oil with its acid green tint also looks great on the plate!
