Award winning Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil created by the fourth generation of the Barbera family from a blend of specially selected premium Sicilian olives. Ogliarola, Cerasuola, Biancolilla and Coratina olive varieties are pressed and the oil is allowed to settle then decanted naturally, without any further filtering or processing. This produces fairly dense, golden yellow oil with a light, fruity aroma and medium fruity taste and an almond finish. It's a good quality, versatile oil that adds authenticity to the flavour of dishes from simple salad dressings to more complex recipes.
