Every year Manfedi Barbera produce an exclusive Extra Virgin Olive Oil at their experimental mill. The oil usually uses a single olive variety and represents the top selection for the brand. In 2011 100% Nocellara olives were chosen and pressed using a granite roll grinder for a soft pressing that avoids the strong oxidation that occurs with traditional pressing methods. The green Nocellara olives have a high antioxident content and the oil is aromatic and flavoursome with hints of tomato and green apples.
