This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with specially selected premium quality Biancolilla olives that are pressed before the oil is allowed to settle and decanted naturally. Natural extracts of sage, oregano and rosemary are added and the oil is left to infuse for three months then filtered. The oil produced is richly flavoured with the Mediterranean herbs and has a fresh, fruity herbal aroma. An ideal way to add interest and flavour to grilled fish or meat, or use as a seasoning or dressing to enhance vegetables or salads.
