This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with specially selected premium quality Biancolilla olives that are pressed before the oil is allowed to settle and decanted naturally. Extracts of chilli and garlic are added and the oil is left to infuse for three months and then filtered. The oil produced is richly flavoured with chilli and garlic and has a delicious spicy aroma. An ideal way to add interest and flavour to grilled fish or meat, also delicious in pasta dishes and as a simple dressing for spaghetti.
