This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with specially selected premium quality Biancolilla olives that are pressed before the oil is allowed to settle and decanted naturally. Natural extracts of orange, tangerine and lemon are added and the oil is left to infuse for three months then filtered. The oil produced is richly flavoured with zingy citrus flavours and has a delicious fresh zesty aroma. An ideal way to add interest and flavour to grilled fish or meat, also delicious as a simple dressing for fish carpaccio or salads.
