Lodvico Campari Grade 15 Balsamic Vinegar is produced by Alico in Modena, Italy. Alico is an international supplier of Balsamic Vinegar producing over a million litres each year at their factory. A close partnership with a local vineyard who supply the Trebbiano grape musts and careful monitoring at every stage of production from harvesting the grapes to cooking the must and aging the vinegar for up to 15 years in wooden barrels ensures excellent quality and consistency. This Campari Grade 15 is a fine example of premium Balsamic vinegar. It is rich and velvety with a full flavour displaying hints of chocolate, fig and malt.
