Knossos Gold is produced by the AGR Union cooperative in Greece from specially selected olives cultivated on small farms in Crete. This award winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil has an authentic local taste due to the specially selected premium quality olives used to make it. The oil is extracted, blended and bottled in a high tech factory to ensure consistency, whilst still maintaining the integrity of the distinctive local flavour. Knossos Gold Extra Virgin Olive Oil is rich, fruity and well balanced with an acidity of less than 0.3%. It adds delicious, full-bodied flavour to your recipes and is ideal in both salad dressings and cooked dishes.
