This exceptional Balsamic vinegar of Modena is produced using traditional techniques for an authentic, aromatic, sweet and sour flavour. The musts (pulp left after pressing) of local grapes are mixed with wine vinegar and then aged in oak casks to mature and develop. The Red Label version in the range has been aged the longest and is recommended for use in special dishes that can benefit from its full, mellow flavour. Perfect with strawberries and ice-cream or parmesan cheese this exceptional product can add elegance and excitement to any dish, sweet or savoury.
