Produced in the Tuscan countryside Greppi di Silli uses the unique environment and traditional farming methods together with specially designed packaging, to produce exceptional honey that reaches the customer as fresh and delicious as the day it was harvested. Honeysuckle honey crystallises a few months after harvest to a pale ivory, finely textured honey. It has a delicate aroma with an almost imperceptible hint of grassiness. The light flavour is sweet and fresh with a fruity note.
