This exclusive White Truffle infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in Puglia by the Calogiuri family. Traditional techniques dating back hundreds of years are used to grow, harvest and process the olives. The olives are pressed and the juice is left to separate as the oil rises to the surface in a process called 'Affiorato'. The resulting extra virgin olive oil is of a high quality with a delicate fresh flavour ideal for infusing with the distinctive aroma of white truffle. This exceptional oil showcases the luxurious flavour of the pungent white truffle and will add a decadent quality to any dish.
