The Calogiuri family produce this delicious Lemon Vincotto according to their traditional family recipe in Puglia, Italy. This unusual syrup is made from specially cultivated pulped grapes, slow cooked, infused with lemon and aged for up to four years in oak barrels. Lemon Vincotto has a luxurious sweet and sour flavour with a hint of tangy citrus. It is naturally high in health giving polyphenols and free from colourings and preservatives.
