Produced by exciting modern Spanish producers Oleo Martos using the latest in technology this Olive Pomace Oil Blend is has a consistent flavour and guaranteed quality. Using a blend of 49% refined sunflower oil and 51% olive 'pomace' oil (extracted from the pulp left after the first olive pressing) blended to create a neutral tasting oil. This oil has a higher smoke point than pure olive oil and is ideal for all kinds of cooking. It is also a good base for other flavours and will not overpower other ingredients. A cost effective basic ingredient that is ideal for any kitchen.
