Great Taste Award winning Gardeny Moscatel Vinegar is produced by Olis de Catalunya in Spain. The vinegars of Olis de Catalunya come from a cooperative located in Mollerusa (Lleida) in Spain which produces intensly aromatic vinegar using a trickling method, developed in 1823 by the German chemist Schutzenbach.

Gardeny Moscatel Wine Vinegar has a fruity aroma and sweet taste with flavours of peach, apricot and jasmine. Delicious with oily fish dishes and for dressing non-bitter green salads or even to serve with ice-cream.

The natural method of converting the wine to vinegar and six months ageing in French oak barrels results in a uniquely smooth tasting product. Gardeny Moscatel Vinegar is a fine example of the excellent quality vinegar which Lefktro stocks from the Gardeny range.
