Gardeny Chardonnay Vinegar is a delicately flavoured white wine vinegar and is a perfect condiment for use with white meat and fish dishes. Gardeny Chardonnay Vinegar is made from high quality chardonnay wine and has a subtle, smooth flavour which is low in acidity. Gardeny Chardonnay Vinegar is produced by Olis de Catalunya in Spain. The vinegars of Olis de Catalunya come from a cooperative located in Mollerusa (Lleida) in Spain which produces intensly aromatic vinegar using a trickling method, developed in 1823 by the German chemist Schutzenbach.

The natural method of converting the wine to vinegar and six months ageing in French oak barrels results in a uniquely smooth tasting product. Gardeny Chardonnay Vinegar is a fine example of the excellent quality vinegar which Lefktro stocks from the Gardeny range.
