Alico is an international supplier of Balsamic Vinegar producing over a million litres each year at their factory. A close partnership with a local vineyard who supply the grape musts and careful monitoring at every stage of production from harvesting the grapes to cooking the must and aging the vinegar in wooden barrels ensures excellent quality and consistency.
