From their farm in beautiful rural Abruzzo, Contado degli Acquaviva use traditional farming methods together with modern technology to produce these delicious semi-dried tomatoes. The tomato plants benefit from the Mediterranean climate to produce plump, sweet fruits that are carefully monitored and harvested at the point of ripeness for the best flavour and colour. They are then semi-dried to intensify the flavour and make it possible to preserve them successfully. The semi-dried tomatoes are packed in sunflower oil with sea salt, oregano, basil and garlic for an authentic Italian flavour.
