These premium quality Lilliput Capers are grown and processed by Alcaparras Luxeapers, a family run firm based on the edge of the Sierra Nevada National Park in the Seville region of Spain. The capers are cultivated and harvested according to traditional methods and processed in the high tech facilities for consistency and high quality standards. The freshly picked capers are immersed in brine at 25oC to cure for at least forty days before being bottled in a solution flavoured with vinegar and salt. Lilliput Capers are smaller than standard Capers for a more refined flavour and texture. Use to flavour Mediterranean recipes or as a tangy garnish for cold smoked or cured fish.
