These premium quality garlic cloves are grown and processed by Alcaparras Luxeapers, a family run firm based on the edge of the Sierra Nevada National Park in the Seville region of Spain. The garlic is cultivated and harvested according to traditional methods and processed in the high tech facilities for consistency and high quality standards. The garlic cloves are separated and peeled before being cured in brine and bottled in oil flavoured with chilli.
