A premium extra virgin olive oil produced by the AGR Union cooperative in Greece, 0.3 Zero Plus is made from premium grade olives grown on small local farms in Crete. The olives are cultivated in traditional ways for an authentic taste and superior quality. The specially selected olives are blended and pressed using modern techniques for an oil of excellent quality. 0.3 Zero Plus is so named because the acidity of the oil is lower than 0.3%. It has a rich, fruity flavour with a balance of bitter and pungent notes and is rich in antioxidants. This is versatile oil that will add depth to any dish and is especially suited to Mediterranean recipes.
