ORGANIC Biolea with Lemons - Crete 6 x 25cl This fabulous oil is first cold pressed and stone ground from only Koroneiki olives grown on the Astrikas estate in north west Crete. The Dimitriadis family have been producing oil on this estate since the mid-18th Century.
The oil has intensely grassy, herby aromas and flavours with a good burst of pepper.
The Lemon oil is created by milling lemons with the olives to produce an oil which explodes with the flavour and aroma of lemons.

This oil is pressed using traditional methods in Iguerande, the southern most village in Burgundy. The Leblanc family have been producing top quality olive, nut and seed oil for generations. Jean-Charles is continuing to use only the best fruit from the local region to produce a consistently superb product used world wide by top chefs. The oil is clear and golden with an aroma of ripe bananas and a light subtle taste of ripe fruit.
Serendipity - New Zealand 6 x 50cl This oil is from a 10,200 tree estate in Marlborough on the South Island, it is truly estate grown and bottled. Picking takes place in May and June with the oil being released in the late Autumn. This seasons oil was the winner of a Silver Medal at the Royal Easter Show.
The oil is fruity and herbaceous both in aroma and taste with a slightly peppery finish. Best used raw this oil is particularly suited to dipping, making into dressings or drizzling over your favourite recipes.

This fabulous estate bottled oil has been produced by the same family for three generations using only olives from their own groves. Some of the trees on the estate are over 400 years old. This is an oil with plenty of character, it is a deep olive green colour with the fruity aroma of ripe olives. To taste it has deep tones of olives with a distinctive peppery finish - we can not recommend it strongly enough.
Affiorato - Puglia 12 x 50cl

This oil is from the area around Salento, where olives have been grown since the 7th Century. Affiorato is the name for an ancient technique, after the olives are pressed the oil is given time to float to the surface of the watery liquid. This 'floating' oil is carefully collected by hand with special jugs. The resulting oil is very light and delicate. There are now only 4 companies in Italy, Gianni Calogiuri being one of them, who can produce this 'Affiorato' oil.

Produced from the 23,000 trees owned by the Calogiuri family around the small town of Lizzanello 4km from Lecce. The Calogiuri family have been growing and pressing olives since 1825. The varieties used to produce this oil are Cellina, Ogliarola, Leccese and Leccino. These olives are picked and cold pressed in October to produce a particularly fresh and fruity tasting oil.
Lecciole - Tuscany 6 x 75cl This olive farm 25km north east of Florence is owned and run by Alexandra Perini. They are members of a consortium of 10,000 olive farms with 7 million trees whose aim is to maintain the quality of true Tuscan oil and to promote their own individual oils under the 'Tuscan' banner. This particular oil has a delicate, fruity flavour with tones of almond and has a deep green colour.
Il Giardino - Tuscany 6 x 50cl Situated near Pontassieve this 10,000 tree farm has been owned and run by the Pavi family for many generations. Recently they have invested in their own mill which ensures that the olives are pressed immediately after picking. The oil has a medium to strong flavour with hints of artichoke and tomato, followed by a peppery slightly bitter aftertaste. This oil has a very low acidity of around 0.14%.
