The Leblanc family have been producing oils in Iguerande, the southern most village in Burgundy, since 1878. These excellent nut and seed oils are produced using traditional methods passed down through the generations. Only the best fruits and nuts are used and these are, where possible, sourced from the local area. |

Balsamico - Balsamic Glaze

Balsamico is created
in Modena, Italy using grape juice from only Lambrusco and Trebbiano
grapes. A new alternative to a balsamic reduction or very aged balsamic
vinegar. Balsamico has good depth of flavour, sweet with a little sour on the pallet, with a creamy velvet grape texture, great shine and the thickness makes it suitable for plate dressing or drizzling on to food. There are five flavours, as shown, two fruit, two herb/spice, vanilla and original. The flavours are based on Mediterranean ingredients indigenous to the Modena region. Presented in squeezy plastic bottles with small nozzle for greater control. |

extensive range of Balsamic Vinegars are from Fattoria Estense. The family have been producing vinegars for many generations and take great pride in their products. The 'basic' 6 has an extremely full flavour with a sweetness starting to appear. The higher the grade of the vinegar the sweeter and more intense the flavours become, they also start to become thicker in consistency. The 15 is like a syrup in consistency and has a very sweet flavour. |

Vincotto & Flavoured Vincotto Vinegar

unique product is produced through long and gentle boiling of the
must from Negroamaro and Malvasia grapes, which have been left to
wither on the vine for 30 days. Once reduced to 1/5th it's original
volume, it is left to age in oak barrels for up to 4 years. Can be used in Antipasti, on grilled meats and fish, on ice-cream etc. A recipe leaflet is available. |
