J Leblanc produces a range of nut and seed oils and flavoured vinegars in Burgundy, France.

 

Leblanc has been producing fine culinary oils, vinegars and mustards in the Burgundy region of France for more than 120 years. This family business is passionate about producing authentic, flavoursome products that provide a gourmet gastronomic experience. The techniques and recipes used are based on the closely guarded family traditions and the natural resources and produce cultivated in the area. An ancient stone mill that has been in operation since 1878 is still used today to press the amazing range of nut and seed oils produced by Leblanc that includes well known varieties such as ground nut oil, sunflower oil and sesame oil as well as more exotic choices extracted from pumpkin seeds, pistachios, hazelnuts, walnuts or pecans.

Vinegar is also produced in an exciting range of varieties and infused flavours including balsamic vinegar, tarragon vinegar and truffle vinegar containing real truffle extracts.
