Founded in the 1930’s, Casimiro Perez has a long and established history of specialising in bulk sales of olive oil and establishing commercial brands.

Established by Casimiro Pérez as a small business to buy and sell olive oil and other agricultural products, the business soon grew to expand into other regions. Today, Casimiro Perez has its own laboratory for the chemical analysis of the oils along with a team of professional tasters who carry out the sensorial tests.

All  products undergo strict and traceable control tests and they have a Research Development  team who concentrate on the environmental impact of their working strategies.

The company is now under the leadership of one of the founders grandchildren, Miguel Pérez, who has worked alongside his father to promote the export side of their business and development of their ecological policies.
