Il Boschetto is based in Castiglione della Pescaia, a small village deep in the Tuscan countryside. This is a company fusing ancient farming and production methods with modern thinking and new technology. Fifty years of company heritage is used to create distinctive, high quality olive oils, vinegars, herbs and spices, and the recipes handed down through the generations are an excellent foundation for the exciting Il Borschetto product range of today. Putting a modern stamp on these traditions with creative thinking, scientific research and innovative packaging designed by an in-house designer has brought Il Borschetto right up-to-date.

Aiming to “make every taste and every experience one to inspire”, Il Borschetto are dedicated to producing traditional Tuscan products of exceptional quality. The laboratory and kitchen offer state-of-the-art facilities for continuous research and development to monitor and improve quality and develop exciting new products. The production area employs 30 local young people and is run by three managers who ensure quality standards are maintained. The company have been awarded BRC and IFS certification and produce outstanding produce under four brand labels. The Il Boschetto brand specialises in producing gourmet gift products including flavoured oils and vinegars, sea salt with herbs and spices and risotto rice all designed to help recreate authentic Italian flavours in kitchens across the world.
