Canoliva
Canoliva is a major producer of Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Canoliva is based near Luque, a small town between Cordoba and Granda in Andalucia, Spain. It was founded in the 1960s by Antonio Cano who started producing olive oil from the olives harvested on his olive grove and on those of his neighbours. His skill and technique in choosing only premium quality olives and processing them is still used by the company today. Canoliva is now a major supplier of Spanish olive oil producing six thousand tons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil every year.
Olives from are selected from the best growers in Andalucia and chosen for their flavour and quality. These premium fruits are processed in state-of-the-art production facilities by skilled staff with years of experience. The Canoliva processing plant is environmentally friendly and certificates are held for this ecological approach to business.
There are three distinct brands of Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced here, Canoliva a mild tasting all purpose oil, El Molino a fruity medium bodied oil and Biocano, an organic oil with subtle green almond and apple flavours.
