The oils from the different olive varieties are tasted and graded by the Master Taster (Catador) and only the best are selected for inclusion in the delicately balanced blends that are created and bottled according to the most rigorous standards. No other processing is needed and there are no added ingredients or chemicals – just pure olive oil, cold pressed, filtered and bottled to preserve all the natural flavours, aromas and vitamins.
