Our smaller customers carry out an important role in introducing their client base to the exciting products we supply, offering a personal service and recommendations to regular visitors. Delicatessens and farm shops are ideal places for us to get involved and offer support such as training for owners and staff to give in depth product knowledge and background information about production methods and producers that will give your business a reputation as experts in the field. We can also conduct promotional tasting evenings for your customers creating a social platform for increasing sales and encouraging word of mouth recommendations to grow your customer base. Our experts will come prepared with samples to taste and tasting notes for all participants, the structured sessions are great fun and a perfect way to showcase some of our exceptional products.

Display and promotional material: in-store support

We can provide you with tasting cards and Point of Sale material so you can make our products stand out in-store. Our approach is informative and interesting rather than a hard sell and will enhance your customer experience  as they learn new things about the products on offer and where and how they are produced. If you decide to hold a promotional tasting we can supply posters and adverts to be used online or in local press to help ensure a good turnout. We will also bring all the materials needed on the night including take home tasting cards and information packs for you and your staff so you can offer customers information and advice about the featured products in-store.
